So timely with my daughter just started preschool and has been so angry when she gets home because I am her safe space to unload these feelings. I’ve wanted to hand her the iPad but have found that letting her run with bare feet in the backyard and jumping on the trampoline is the best way to have her process all that pent up energy she may not know how to express. Particularly enjoyed the two energy (Reiki?) related tips for raising your vibration. Never encountered those before. Yes I get you. But please don't say you don't need money to be happy to someone who is going through a period of extreme poverty. Yes you can be happy cleaning bathrooms from time to time and appreciate many things in your life and give gratitude. But it's so easy to say that money doesn't bring happiness when you have enough which I'm sure you do. I don't have space to tell you my story, but I am desperately trying to manifest abundance which I need so badly, and all these advice on how to raise your vibration videos, all these 'experts' on Spirituality don't help i the slightest. I am continuing my Spiritual path alone with many challenges, believe me!

I get messages in intuitive hits! I just feel and hear a soft gentle message, auditory and kinesthetic. I see repeating numbers several times a day, every single day!

I've also asked a question of my guides or asked them how i can solve a problem before sleep and woken up with the answer. This isn't dreaming the answer. It's like a download that is just there on waking. I know it's from spirit because the answer just comes whole cloth and usually not something i would not have thought of.
