First let me say that I think this is a neat theme idea! It sort of gives me Wild West vibes but more underground and earthy. I love the dark theme of the tables and how the crystals contrast the dark with their bright colors! They look like delicious rock candy crystals haha. Sort of makes me think about the game Deep Rock Galactic with the mining theme. At 0:01, what I like is the way the ramp is positioned where the ball looks likes its going "backwards" I've never seen that done before really but I like it :) The lighting is really nice around the pop bumpers and I like how all 3 of them are lit differently. I get a cozy feeling looking at this table, love those minecarts moving around in the background too. Reminds me also of an Orcs Must Die level that had this in the background, very cool Dom! Where did you get the idea for this theme btw?

I'm glad you like the theme! And yeah, that backward ramp at 0:01 was another fun thing to add, I've never done anything quite like that before. This is me going back to more of a fun/chaotic style table pack. The idea for the theme just came from me looking at images online and whatnot and searching up themes used in movies, games, etc... When I came upon this theme, it seemed like a theme that had fun potential and I couldn't immediately think of another pinball table that uses it, so it really made me want to do it. I'm sure there's tables out there that do use the theme, but it's definitely not a popular one!

@@SinomodStudios Actually the idea is really good! It also makes me think of Indiana Jones a little bit with the minecarts. When you think about it, the rails on the pinball table are like the rails that the minecart rides on! I just made that connection now haha, since I've been playing so much Indiana Jones from Williams in my tourney! If you remember the table Cactus Canyon I think there is a mine where you can lock 3 balls for Multiball. The DMD shows like a minecart carrying a pinball I think.

Looks pretty neat, Dom! I like the background level design. Anytime I think of platformers I'm always comparing them with my experience of Crash Bandicoot games. Did any of your inspiration for these games come from other platformers like it, like Sonic or something else?

I think Donkey Kong Country was probably my biggest inspiration in terms of gameplay. However, my original game took a lot of inspiration from spyro the dragon, this mixes in a lot of the elements from the first game as well. Even though Spyro plays as a 3D platformer, I'd still list it as an inspiration. Crash Bandicoot is one of my all time favorites and I'm sure there's definitely some unconscious inspiration going on.

Theme is awesome and quite original actually! The tables themselves look really involved and creative, especially the second one with the vertical flippers and the asymmetry of it! I love how when you hit the slingshots there is a splash of color instead of just 1 single light. THAT'S HUGE IMO!!!!! The flipper set up is wild!!!!!! I love the studio lights too how they flash across the table as you play. And I'm seeing different pop-up colors! which is adding to the variety :) The design of the second table with the solo pop pumper is really awesome!!! We are making music for sure!!!! With a soccer ball! HAHA Looking forward to this one Dom! Btw, the randomized melodies/targets will be very interesting to hear! I think that's a great way of incorporating the idea of making music as you play pinball and how it will sound different. I noticed this with the gong on Sly Samurai how each time I hit it, the sound was different which made it realistic :)

In regards to the randomized targets. When you play, you'll see that a target will have an LED lit up. You have to hit each target once but it'll tell you which target to hit because that'll be the one that's lit up. The order changes each time. So that's new, haha. Remember how I said I was having PC issues? I got it fixed on Saturday but when I recorded this footage, my pc couldn't really handle recording and playing at the same time so it was lagging like crazy. So the gameplay is pretty rough in the actual trailer because there was so much lag, haha.

@@SinomodStudios I like that idea a lot Dom! I think the randomized LED lights will add more variety to the table as well. I'm excited for this music themed DLC because of having just recently played some Rock themed tables like KISS. I'm glad that you got your PC issues resolved now and at least this video trailer on KZbin looks smooth but I see what you mean on the trailer for steam. I don't think it should have any affect tbh. Maybe you could re-record the trailer and re-upload it on Steam without the lag? Either way, looking forward to its release Dom!

@@NewLeaf88 Oh, the trailer itself doesn't have lag. But my computer was lagging when I was recording so it was stuttering but the footage is clear. So when I was playing, I was struggling but the footage itself is crystal clear, haha. That's kinda why you see me hitting the flippers randomly and whatnot sometimes, its because I had a hard time seeing what was going on while playing.

The waterpark theme we've been talking about for months is now here! Great looking tables overall Dom. I really like what you've done with the lighting on these last few DLC's and how you kind of set one table in the day and the other in the evening. I love the torch lights and the bonfires sprinkled around the tables, they give off just the right amount of light. I also love the beach umbrellas and how you used benches for the borders instead of just plain material! For me, it's the lighting of this table it really gives off those beach resort/waterpark vibes and I love the colors of these two tables, the turquoise/teal and the sand mix. Very seasonal summer table for sure, Dom!

I'm glad you're excited! :) Yeah, the night/day thing is something I've definitely been trying to do in the last couple packs. Its a nice way to do two different takes on the same art style. Admittedly, I wanted to do this pack for July but Independence day kind of got in the way, haha.

Haha this is a very patriotic table, I love it! It really gives me those fuzzy July 4th, feelings like having a BBQ outback with some friends and family. I also like that little white picket fence touch! I love how you made it really look like grass for the playfield and LOVE its different where you only have 1 sling shot instead of the normal 2. The asymmetry makes this table beautiful! Very nice touch of Americana! Actually a very nice looking summer table too! I laughed at the portapottys haha!

What a gorgeous looking DLC Pack! You really nailed it on the head with this one, wow. The ball riding in the roller coaster was awesome and I'm really excited about the second table as well. I love the lamp post idea, and how they give you the feeling of attending a carnival at night. Night and Day carnival vibes, awesome!

Glad you dig it so far! I tried a bit of a different trailer format here as well where I sort of explains the objectives of the table and how it works rather than just a montage of gameplay, haha. I hope this one's a winner but only time will tell! :)

@@SinomodStudios Dom I just thought of an idea. I see how the pop-up scores are usually pink and while that's fine I was wondering if you could give us the options in the menu to select our own pop up colors from several to choose from. Just an idea!

@@NewLeaf88 Interesting thought. Do you mean like being able to choose what the color is instead of pink? I do green for missions/trials and pink for random playfield mechanics.

@@SinomodStudios That's correct! I don't even think Pinball FX does this but they do have options to change the font color of the DMD (instead of the default orange) so that's why it reminded me. I don't know if that would conflict with the colors you already have set, but I'd like that option because it would be cool be able to choose the color I want to see for the pop up :)

WOW! I love the way the table looks as if its totally submerged underwater, it gives it a really chill vibe! And the way those jellyfish pop bumpers pulsate is so cool! Looking forward to this!

Haha, thanks so much! Full disclosure, I didn't mean to have this trailer go live yet, total goof. This will be a mid-may release. I am still putting some finishing touches on the tables and theyre not ready yet, haha. Sometimes I make the trailers a bit early when I get the chance and when you play the table, you may notice things may be slightly different but are mostly the same as whats in the trailer. Anyways, beware the center kickback! If you don't nudge after the kickback, the ball will go straight back down and out! :)

@@SinomodStudios That's actually a really clever way to incorporate skill to the center kickback mechanic! I like that a lot! Newer players might be confused at first but once they start to use the nudge they will see just how cool it is. More experienced pinball players will enjoy exercising and making use of the nudge! I bet this table will have some nice sound effects! Anyways, it looks awesome and it will make a fine addition the current Roxy Pinball Collection lineup!

Wow! This is a very interesting pinball theme tbh and I like it! I really like what you did at the top with those flippers! I love the pachinko styled playfields on the sides too and the way you incorporated different table top games with pieces from all sorts of games! I'm getting some nice casino vibes as well :)

Neat options here, Dom! I reinstalled Roxy on my SSD so now I should be able to load the creator and game faster lol. I had it on my hard drive before and was wondering why everything was slow! Now I know!

That's great to hear! Admittedly, the table editor and custom tables are incredibly slow to load because of all the resources they load in. Granted, ones you load it, it runs incredibly smoothyl!

I love the different lighting effects when you hit the snowmen pop bumpers! The colors are really striking because they stand out so well with the white snowy playfield :)

I was also inspired by our conversations of the dueling color schemes! As you can see, one half of the table is all blue and the other is red. The middle pieces are purple/pink. I didn't have any tables that did that sort of thing and I felt it fitting for this one as the two sides are essentially mirrors of each other!

I also really like how you have a rail coming out of the igloo where the ball can drop down from the top :) The little entrances with Sinomod Studios and Roxy Raccoon near each ramp is also very neat to see :)

There were 10 initially but free updates brought it up to 15. There's also an arcade mode with minigames and a story mode with boss battles.

Oh man, I'm excited for this one! I'm getting a lot of Whoa Nelly vibes too :) because of the farm haha. I also love how the pop bumpers have that North, South, East, West and how it changes when you hit them, very cool. Also, nice tractor lights flashing!

Thank you! The rules aren't exactly what they are in El Dorado and the layout isn't completely 1:1 but I whipped it up in about an hour. Recreating the table helped show me some of the shortcomings of the level editor as well and really helped me to make some improvements for this update. I just wanted to do something simple like that to showcase what people can make!

Oh this looks nice and festive! I love the lanterns decorated around the table, gives it a cozy touch :) but my favorite toys are those trees with faces!!!!!! It gives me Nightmare Before Christmas Vibes! Also, love the flipper colors a cool pumpkin orange!

Patch notes are out now as well as the update. I thought you had the save system fixed. I just saw your message that you're experiencing issues still, my apologies. I shall take a look and hopefully have something fixed for next week's update.

cool, thanks. I had a quick look around, it does appear to be the steam problem other programs have had. I thought I had fixed it but turned out I can't overwrite existing files. Valve really should fix that one. Have to try it on my steam deck though.@@SinomodStudios
