How is temperature in Swimming pool? Is it controlled, warm or cold ? Suitable for 5 year old

It is lukewarm each time we have been to be honest but once you’re in, you feel okay/warmish. Yes suitable for 5 year old as long as you are with them in the pool as its not deep but i guess it is deep for a 5 year old

Hi, yes it was very far out, it was around 70 euros for a one way trip, so about 140 euros there and back

Thank you! The tennis court to book was around £12 per hour however, it was outlined that the price is for actually renting the rackets. If you bring your own rackets (which u most likely wont) then it should be free to use the tennis courts.

There was a good amount of people there, the reason you didn’t see many people is because the resort is crazily massive and plus we were staying in a room with a swim up which is a segregated area of the resort.

Did you ask for high floor? As every time I go here, I ask but they nearly always put me on floor 8 or 9! Floor 14 is impressive.

Yes first I put it in the request section of the booking and then ask them on the day of check in. Same I usually get floor 8 too i feel like floor 7 and above has good views

@@TheLaunderetteExplorer_uk thank you I appreciate it! Also try ask if you can stay in the tower by the reception/lobby. The lifts are just behind the lobby for those floors and i assume they have most of the rooms with the views, and ask for a view of the london skyline

Looks great. Is the patisserie for all guests or restricted to non-standard rooms as I know some of the more expensive rooms/suites have their own exclusive dining area? Cheers

The patisserie was for all guests no matter the room type and yes like for pool suites they have an exclusive restaurant for breakfast and dinner and then also the villas have some exclusive access of their own. It was fantastic just a bummer the a la carte restaurants were extra and not included.

Hey, which restaurant? There was about 4 a la carte ones around £35 per person which includes unlimited food at that restaurant. However one of them which was the bbq one was about £50 per person

Does the swimming pool area have toilets and showering facilities? I'm due to fly into London landing at 6am and check-in is not until 4pm, but they said I could leave my bags and use the health club facilities. I'll be coming off a 24 hour flight so really hoping the swimming pool has showing facilities!

Great video 👍 I stayed here before last year too and it was great. I also stayed regularly at the “London city” which is just round the corner and part of the same group. I’ve always stayed in the Executive rooms. But I did wonder do you know if the “superior” rooms here have the same showers in the bathrooms?

Pool and spa area was really good, only thing that can be annoying is when you have to wait for space in the jacuzzi but other than that its perfect. Going there again soon, hope you enjoy your visit.

Not a silly question haha, but yes the swimming pool and gym facilities are available to anyone who books a room at the hotel. However, some of the spa does come at an additional cost such as the massages etc but the jacuzzi, sauna and steam room are free to use.
