These "colored noises" are all the same shit. Colored variations of noise do exist, but in this case they're just the same sound.

This worked again for 2nd night I silently just drift off and don't wake up repeatedly. However. I had my flu and Covid boosters yesterday evening and woke up feeling side effects for first time. Had to cancel appointment and slept soundly off and on today. Better now. Hope it works well for 3rd night🤞

77 yo with chronic anxiety and depression from life-long repetitive abuse, then severe insomnia since pandemic. Listened 1st time last night. Fell peacefully asleep. Felt rested 1st time in years and mor active and positive all day. Hope it works tonight and every night😊

Reminds me of rushing water. I grew up next to a creek and when the winter snow would melt the waters were so strong. I can see the brown rushing waters with the branches and debris heading down stream. I smell the pine trees and feel the mist of the water and the river rocks under my feet when I hear this video.

The noise reminds me of the same noise that came from old air conditioners that used to be built inside the wall , on hot summer days where i used to sleep peacefully as a kid feeling the cool breeze and hearing that noise .. a lot of peace and cozy memories related to this noise

thank you so much!! my meditation consist of imagining a huge hole of quicksand eating away my negative feeling like nano termites...those sounds are my termites eating away slowly but surely at my negative feeling...after 15-30 minutes im light as a feather and hopping happy!😄😄😄😄

What’s great about green noise is it is related to the noise and frequencies that the earth makes. It’s amazing to see the different types of feelings and sound reminders that everyone has in these comments. For me, it reminds me of being deep in the forest backpacking and hearing the power of a waterfall in the background as I sleep under the stars.
