You advertise beautiful houses, and this one is quite impressive. However, my question is regarding the windows: are they standard single-glazed, double-glazed, or perhaps even bulletproof? I'm asking from a security standpoint. I notice that while many of these lovely houses showcased on KZbin have numerous security features on the doors, the windows often lack any sort of robust framing that might deter burglaries.

Where exactly is this estate located? And what is it called? Lekki Ajah is a very big neighbourhood. Most of those new estates there are prone to flooding in raining season. I'm serious about viewing, that's why I'm asking these questions.

I wouldn’t say it’s overpriced considering factors like the price of land in the area, the cost of building the structure and the gain of the seller. Breaking it down, land might be around 15m to 20m naira, building this structure would cost around 30m or more, the seller gaining 10m from the biz is not a bad thing. If I were to suggest, you guys should make subsequent ones more spacious.
