A great songwriter and performer. I remember the day Nick bought that lovely dark rosewood Gibson J45 with a natural top, which were hard to get in the UK at that time. (The standard Gibson J45 has mahogany back and sides with a sunburst top.) A shop in London managed to import just two of them: on the same day, Nick bought that one and I bought the other.

I like how the interviewer is very understanding and humble in her framing of questions. Lisa Gerrard, and what she connects to, is deep deep stuff not for the faint of heart. Look at the searing (but kind) intelligence in Lisa's eyes.

How did I never hear of this enigmatic and haunting Artist? I knew "And Now We Are Free" from Gladiator. I thought it was Enya. I loved this interview. You can't get more real than that... Great work, Ms.Virginia Trioli. Lisa is an Australian Treasure.

“I don’t make soup, I work with artists!” I love that and I’m so glad she thinks that way. She’s absolutely amazing! makes me so glad to see that with all that’s going on in today’s music industry, there’s still some good talent out there! Some pure and unique talent. 🥰 Loved the interview.

Mientras Lisa trata de mantenerse en su posición digna y respetable, me cayó muy mal la risa irónica de la entrevistadora cuando está formulándole las preguntas.

Arguably the most talented Australian alive. First heard her mesmerizing voice in 1994 while watching the film BARAKA. The hairs instantly went up on the back of my neck, and I went back again the next day to the theater just to hear her sing. She really is a spirit from some other world.

I often forget what a good looking guy Basher is. Many of my lady friends - especially after watching this video - have commented on his looks: kzbin.info/www/bejne/mGHPZISNir2JntE As for that voice, it surpasses beauty. When I listened to the album ‘Dig My Mood’ you experienced a sublime troubled voice, hard earned, like this song is.

@@zacetto In my eyes, he can do little wrong. I think my favourite track is ROSE OF ENGLAND. The whole of that album does it for me.

@@jacquismith3277 Thanks for the recommendation. I feel no one does middle aged angst and despair like Basher. If I had ‘The Convincer’ on vinyl, it would have been now worn out!

13:43 minutes and I listened to every single Word and I didn't realize the time. Wow. I'm the One Who start listening to a YT video and leave It After 2-3 minutes. I get Her when She says that Her music has durable success but not a lot of Sales in the short term. Still I'm not familiar with that accent. Can anyone tell me what accent She has? Where from?

Such big hands to make up different and more interesting sounding chords up the neck. He makes it look so easy but the skill involved to mute three strings and use the thumb to pick out bass runs is not something you see an awful lot
