Really really amazing drills..These are some of the most useful drills i have seen on youtube. Grand master Osvaldo Alves moves like water, Really Beautiful.

i train with a black belt from Oswaldo and we do these drills in various forms. Great Stuff!

These drills are the best I have been doing these fo 2.5 years and they improve your movement on the groung no end..... do them as fast as you can... if you are old watch your back. Oswaldo Alves is the best!

Really the right way to drill. Awsome technique in the drills (which is what most people forget,i mean its not just for endurance you know). Very happy and will start the ones i dont do in my daily practice.
