The NHS here with its combo of fatalism, half arsed physio, and shutting the stable door after the horse has gone. OA is related to inflammation, which exercise absolutely helps to reduce, but also has a wear and tear component, making it hard to choose right when it comes to exercise. Push for an x-ray or scan at early signs of joint pain - perhaps yours is to do with a certain sort of repetitive movement - and don't be fobbed off with 'aging'.

I had 16 radation treatments for breast cancer 20/23 in Nov it was a breeze every day 5 days a week u cannot feel anything after my treatment I got a little tired for about a month but rest helps a lot praying for u and all 🙏
