The sheet is including your step increases in order to inflate the “raise.” Step k on that sheet for 2026 is 73 thousand and some change. We should only be talking about the actual raise from the contract and not the actual step increases but if they did that then everyone could easily tell how bad the contract is

That backpay would only be for your 40 hours a week, so overtime and penalty would add more. That chart seems to be for table 2. That difference is two steps plus raises, plus COLAs. I think it matches the TA pdf I have.

I have a new union and they been filling paper work for the tax report for the hrs of the overtime people but management keep saying they are filling the wrong forms can you tell me what forms they need to file to get a copy of the overtime list hrs and also do they post the overtime hrs at your office because they dont at mine.

@@devotedcetacean6568 no they don’t post our overtime hours but they do keep track and as a shop Steward I have to sit with management and go over the overtime and make sure all carriers are equitable and the overtime is getting spread out. Also if there is a issue I can put in a request to see the overtime alert report which has all the overtime the carriers did for each day.

Don't believe the hype! They are including step increases you were already getting and calling it a contract increase. In reality, steps C through O are only getting 1.3% per year and a prorated percentage of the COLA. It's a no from me.

Just remember, inflation doesn’t stop. the longer our money is withheld from us the less it’s worth, especially since it could’ve been gaining interest in our tsp.
