Hey Filinvest A commercial unit at Studio zen was purchased from France on 2013. Your sales rep spared his sales talk that encouraged us to purchase the unit. We thought it was just simple as that then we would have the unit in a certain time. As it's a commecial unit we told them that we wanted to have a laundry shop and the agent guaranteed us that the unit will have a provision to it then we had processed all the necessary docs and it was not as simple as that. Jan 2019, after several years when we are about to finally use the unit. We sent the letter to the bldg admin that we would like to start our laundry business. Unfortunately, it was rejected as they advised there is no provision for laundry in all commercial unit of studio zen which is contrary to the info provided by the sales agent we transacted with in France on 2013. TAKE NOTE it was pre-selling when we informed you what business do we want to put up and you gauranteed that we will have a provision to it but right now there's none. If you guys have technical issues, please do not pass it on to your customer. You have to do something about it.
