nice to see someone actually looking after their equipment.

Walkers are great but the grass collection is useless in wet grass, cheap mowers catch just as good , they need to use a conveyer belt instead of a blower

I have a 36" and it is reverse rotation. The one thing I have noticed with it is it will get clogged with wet grass unlike my 48". Have you noticed the 42" reverse clogs up more easily? I'm asking this because I need a 42" deck
@kiwitownmowing6798 Жыл бұрын
Yes they clogg easy as do all walkers
@scottmurray29613 жыл бұрын
How often do the shoots get clogged up with debris not making it to the back of the the grass catcher /never /sometimes /a lot /it depends on on how much grass and how wet the grass is
@martenvanderee50993 жыл бұрын
Generally they start to clog more as they machines get older. Especially if they are not properly maintained and taken care of. Generally the 36” decks seem to clog more but that could just be the result of a smaller engine and blower.

I hate seeing people use the Walker in the winter. Yes you can but it's not made for it.

I hate the 42 in decks. They suck and don't perform nearly as good as the 48

Wet heavy snows don’t use the wings they will retract the v-plow I take mine off for heavy snow and I use a 2012 f-450 6.7L ext cab, cab and chassis shortest wheel base I thinks it’s a 139’ I got the same plow. Forgot to mention I have a knapheide flat bed with a gooseneck hitch with weather guard tool boxes on the sides on top for summer, winter toolboxes come off and the salt dog salter goes on

I got a '11 RAM 2500 reg cab long bed 5.7, with an 8.2 powerV. My advice if you put wings on (if you haven't done it yet) since you have the Cummins and the Megacab, would be to ad some bags or timbrons to the front cause you're carrying alot of weight there.

I am looking to add a Walker mower to my line up. I need 2 decks, 1 for leaf collection and 1 for standard mowing. I’m leaning toward side discharge for the second deck. 48” R for collection and 52” or 54” for side discharge. My question is, is the T23 powerful enough to run those decks, or should I jump to the T27i? Thank you in advance.

I have the same truck but with the RAM snow cheif package. It's gives it front and rear limited slip diffs, heavy duty front springs, cab lights and a 200 amp alternator. I use it here in Wisconsin

We like it... The tires collect a little in wet grass but not so much to be problematic.
