Savannah was my daughter's best friend/soul sister, and my bonus kid by heart ❤️ We were at the concert, and I had sent a shooting my shot email the day before asking for a song to be dedicated to her, and some magic happened that got it to the right people. You must have been sitting close to us, because I can hear myself (that gasp after he says Savannah's name the first time is me lol), we were left-E-15/16. I was so excited to come across your videos! I missed getting this, but luckily the guy in front of me was recording and sent it to me. Your footage though is really awesome, great clarity and sound! Love your other videos, thanks for posting them! Also following your channel now!! And as I always say #MakeMusicalMemories

Yes, there were two empty seats between you and my brother who was to my right. He and I saw you stand up when Colin made that comment, and I figured you must have known Savannah. I am so dearly sorry for your loss. 💔

@andyalisago Thank you, and yes, that was us! I was so surprised when that happened, I shot right up out of my seat! Savannah passed away May 4, 2023, at the age of 24, after a battle with brain cancer. She was a HUGE Men at Work, and had requested "I Can See It In Your Eyes" (aka "Ships At Sea" is what she called it when she was little) to be played at her funeral, which it was the last song played for her. I did get that recorded at the concert.

guy used to be an aussie but for some reason ditched us and became an american citizen with a scottish accent? i still remember him early 80's around richmond thought he was a true blue aussie and sounded like one as well, not sure what happened

@@josher14 Thank you, as with a song like Breathe Your Name, that second vocal in minor key helps make the song, along with the rhythm section. Hope to see them in December at The Troubadour :)

@@LivTheElfBerry College has Christian artists every year for $10 on the church lawn! Last year, Pat Barrett came in March. It was cold but also well worth the $10!
