Great season, chaotic one at that but it's so much fun. Too bad the next one is the final season. I hope one day they'll adapt the prequel manga 'vigilantes'. That one is great too!

I hope so as well. I have read a bit of it but was afraid it would spoil parts of this so I stopped. I will definitely be reading all of it and MHA itself once the final season is done. It’s clear despite his flaws that Horikoshi is very talented

The quirks that all for one has stolen aren't affected by the rewind he has now. It is seperate from his body. Meanwhile the hassaikai bullets make it so your body becomes rewound in a state of humans of a time before quirks existed. Your entire body gets devolved basically, losing your quirk is just a side effect of that.

So it’s clear Rewind won’t TAKE Quirks that AFO stole - what’s not clear to me is if someone who had their Quirk stolen BY him would get it back if they were rewound

About mina's skin. In the manga her acid is supposed to be pink. The anime unfortunately made it white but her pigmentation is going normal becauses she is losing her acid (Which was the pink in her pigment)

2:58 don't underestimate Gentle especially powered up with La Brava's quirk, and he's even stronger now cause their seperation made her love for him even stronger. Skeptic's quirk has been explained in season 5. Basically he can turn objects into mindless human puppets, these puppets can turn into any appearance he wants. He used it against Twice in S5 where he made the puppets look like Twice and attempted to kill Toga using them, just to break Twice's mind.

That feels so long ago I completely forgot how Skeptic’s quirk worked. It rings a bell now and I remember him creating the fake Twices. I think that makes it even funnier since that means he makes his goons look like that. I loved Gentle when he originally showed up and I think a story like his is what the entire meta narrative is spinning around. What is the appropriate way for hero society to be structured? Because punishing a man like Gentle unfairly is what send him onto the path he went on

この作品、源氏の君のビジュアルがかなり現代ライクなので烏帽子被れ！ってメチャクチャ叩かれてたけどな。やっぱりこれはこのビジュアルこの声じゃないとダメだよな。しかも途中途中、ちゃんと烏帽子被ってる。それで何故か取る。

6:45 Current Deku that have access to all the quirk definitely is stronger than All Might, but I would assume it's not that big of a gap. While All Might didn't have access to the other quirks of OFA, he could use 100% of the stockpiled strength to it's full potential. While current Midoriya can only use 45% at most without breaking the bones on his body.

I definitely agree. Especially cause some quirks havent been pushed to find unique applications or improve their raw power like in season 3 when class 1 A&B had the training camp.

Imagine if Deku had been blessed with the robust body of Toshinori. I agree “miles ahead” was a bit of an overstatement in the moment, but Midoriya is certainly faster than All Might ever was, with a lot of capabilities that partner well with his analytic mind and combat sense

The anime didn't show it properly, but the attack that happened is Shigaraki piercing Bakugo's heart. Also, this is AFO in control of Shigaraki. He talks about himself as AFO in his head with the line "Tomura and I should be fully merged by now"

I feel like Shigaraki takes more from AFO atm. I think that Shigaraki would have just quickly killed Bakugo and let that be the end of it, because he's actually not personally invested in tormenting Deku or really anyone anymore. He's just on a mission to destroy. But in the manga, they really play up that Shigaraki here was just brutalizing Bakugo for the purpose of making a horrible scene for Deku to come back to, and that's 100% something AFO does.

When AFO wants to play with his food, he is laser targeted. I will never forget the line about Shigaraki being Nana’s grandson: “You know it’s true, because it’s exactly the sort of thing I would do”

Kinda says a lot about Dabi that despite how many times Endeavor told him as a child that they couldn't train anymore since the fire would hurt his body, he refused to acknowledge it as that. Dabi instead saw it as him being a failure, that his siblings were his replacements, that Shoto's abusive training should have been his, etc. Similar to past Endeavor, but unlike modern Endeavor, Dabi refused to acknowledge his mistakes are of his own doing, and still blames everyone instead.

I wouldn’t say they are his own doing, there’s nothing innate about this. The way he was raised made him the way he was . . . Endeavor still has a lot to answer for. The fact that Toya felt he should be the one getting pushed and beat up makes it even worse, it’s a sick mentality to instill in your child

Hey so just wanted to clarify the timeline a bit, but shigaraki's origin happened well before dabi was burned, meaning the AFO already had his ideal successor in shigaraki with dabi being a backup. (Which is really interesting considering how similar both shigaraki and dabi's backstories are) Also when dabi woke up from his coma in the orphanage it would have been the same year roughly that AFO had his battle with all might, whether it happened before or after is a little unclear but it should have taken place in the same year. Also the orphanage was actually foreshadowed a while ago in the manga (But was cut from the anime), which is a neat little fun fact.

When this show decides to get serious, it always goes all in. The show has a baseline that is very good but the peaks absolutely crush it.

Yea Shotos costume has only barely changed since version 2 in season 2. The interesting thing is that his arm bracers and the pattern on his pectorals changed to match Endeavors newest suit. Likely because those pieces aid in using flames.

What shigaraki is doing is quite literally what will eventually happen to humans when body's become unable to handle quirks they're born with. With people mixing together quirks they become stronger, and eventually the body itself will try to adapt. This is the singularity doom theory. The end of humans and the world.

All for one's warp ability is very limited. It only allows him to teleport people to him or to other people if he is very familiar with them, and it has limited range, about 10 KM if i remember correctly. It is also not a warp gate, just warping an individual person.

Yeah I remembered all of the limitations EXCEPT the range The more you look at this the more you think AFO not taking Warp Gate for himself may be the mistake that ruins all his plans
