Thank you so much Lilah, for your amazing video and for explaining many things because these past 2 weeks have felt so weird. There's so much information available and it's so difficult to filter through all the noise. One thing I'm really confuzed about is what they mean by 5d, 6d etc... all the spiritual terms are so different from each other with the same meanings. I know 4d is time with a 3d view. But I don't understand why they say we should transition to a 5D world by 2032. For years I've been wondering if they're like skipping a step that's always forgotten. Also I've been having these real strange dreams, and I've been feeling this odd energy inside myself which wasn't there before. I also view the bad in what I considered good and the good in what I considered evil. One concern I also have is that to me in society, there's been an imbalance and negelect on the male and female side of mental health and there's so much Misandry and Misogyny between both genders. I'm worried that there won't be stability without a balance of the father and mother energies, and in my opinion the world will first go thru female destructive energy, like how the societal/political situation in the West is like now, before being transformed into a better system.

Last night I’m also experienced crying when I try to open my heart chakra . I cried and I don’t know the reasons . I just sobbing and I don’t know what happens and as seconds passing by ,the sobbing becomes stronger . Right now I’m focusing on my heart chakra opening because I feel it is truly blocked that I have pains that I’m not dealing for many decades . But before crying I felt my body-swayed even my body really didn’t swayed and being emotional started . I don’t feel any loneliness but I just cried ,it’s a cry of maybe relief ? Not hatred or pain … Thank you 🙏

I was crying 1 times for no reason and it like bailing out not just normal cry, literally no reason, I didn’t even sad, didn’t even feel anything, idek why (._.) And the random sadness, it came randomly, I didn’t feel any sad before it came, and when it came i just feel like the whole world collapsed. Also i did asked myself why i sad/cry, i dont even have answers myself. And it getting annoying throughout time, like when i work/study and it came, I couldn’t do anything when it came. Any idea how i can stop it? Also tysm for this video!

Beautiful video thank you 😊🙏 Over the past year I have been crying a lot. Often there has been a reason for it but not always. I do believe it's all part of my awakening process. I am thankful that there's a way to release inner pain. Out with the old... in with the new 💖 It feels like a long process sometimes though! I have been chanting and drumming a lot these past few days. That may be what is helping me cleanse my emotions more deeply. I will trust and allow. I hope that with time and space I will awaken more and more to the person I am meant to be. That I will be divinely inspired and guided. Today I applied for three jobs... I really didn't want to. Haven't felt ready to work in the real world for years! Had a few jobs on and off. I'm only applying for jobs now because I "have to". That's OK. It's just a temporary stepping stone. Long term I see myself growing my channel and getting into sound healing and teaching other mindfulness classes. Can't see myself doing anything else 😊 I have subscribed to your channel 🤍
