Is it possible to change the strap of this watch? Meta ai told me it is not possible since it is collaboration watch. It will be great if you answer because i am looking forward to buy this watch and maybe change the strap in future.

If you had a light in your case you wouldn't have that issue.

The absolute easiest way to tell is the flat mode wheel which you didn't even mention. Just learned that the hard way.

I thought the pins were solid and ran the length of the watch bands. Moreover, I presumed that a special allen wrench was needed for the spurious nut.* 😏 *I knew my GG-1000 was counterfeit by merely beholding the erratic movement of the seconds hand. Also, once I saw the transparent sticker on the case back and the one on the dial, that confirmed it.* *I’d been **_had_** in the past on eBay when I bought a sham GA-100-4 (red case and watch bands). That was the first time I perceived the uncommon dial protector and the transparent sticker on the rear. Shoot, on that one, the dog-gone tachymeter hand at 12 o’clock wasn’t seated fully on its post.*

Letting the watch drain until it's dead damages the battery. This guy has a lot of damaged watches on his hands.

Just purchased this watch today in Japan. Beautiful in person. At first I was a bit disappointed with the strap but it is very comfy and I do like the grew fleck through it. The finish and quality is rather surprising. Nothing to fault. Love it.

This is a great review and until you see the watch in person you can’t appreciate the details. The strap looks defective but it’s actually a design pattern. Super cool watch!!
