Why is there a need to be Great ? Can't we just be normal? The greed for money power and greatness is the root cause of our problems. Parents pushing their unwilling kids to pursue IIT,MBBS, Sports. People pursuing unrealistic goals , Politicians fighting for more and more leading to war and all related problems The hunger for greatness kills most while they are still alive and stops them from seeing the beauty of life itself , the beauty of creation. It's the ego in us that wants us to be great. We came from the earth and to earth we will return, and in the process let us learn to be content and grateful.

Most Entrepreneurs hire low waged workers and push all the hard and smart work to them and suck most of the profit anf save their own time to grow their wealth massively. This is the global reality and every one should know this. Realising the bitter reality and the current situation, the best way to define "Being successfull" in life is to learn usefull skills to not just be successfull in any job, but also to attain skills to save and invest money in valuable growth assets, to attain financial freedom, to spend time with ones family and do ones favorite job with passion. People waste time and money due to materialistic addiction.
