Oh no! I’m so sorry to hear that. I suggest reaching out to the US distributor-they should be able to help you get a replacement. Here’s a link to their company webpage; www.makerhaus.biz/ just head to the customer service section, and you’ll find a contact link there. I hope you get a replacement soon! Thanks for watching, and have a great weekend.

Thanks for the review, I purchased this back in July and haven't tried it as I'm new to airbrushing. So the nozzles are not stamped with their size? I didn't see anything except what's stamped on the cases. Would you recommend thinning acrylic paint for this brush and at what ratio?
@PlasticImaginationWorkshop19 күн бұрын
You're very welcome! That’s a great airbrush, and it should serve you well. For paint, I’d recommend starting with Vallejo Air Acrylic paints-they’re fantastic for beginners and come in single bottles or sets. Be sure to pick up some Vallejo acrylic thinner as well. Even though these paints are pre-thinned for airbrushing, you’ll sometimes need to thin them a bit more for smoother application. The thinner will also make it easier to clean your airbrush after use. If you’re interested, check out my video, 'Nippers Update/Vallejo "Metal Color" Paint Review and Bonus Airbrush Tips & Tricks' where I review Vallejo Metallics and demonstrate a quick airbrush cleaning method. I hope this helps! Thanks for watching, and have a great day!

@@PlasticImaginationWorkshop Thanks so much for taking time to reply. Also thanks for the advice!! I'm not using this airbrush in the traditional way. I bought to do some touch ups on a repaint for a pinball machine cabinet. I switched to water born paints and having some adjustment issues with the spraying. So I had to fill some areas of paint that didn't cover completely. This is a stencil process so I couldn't just add another coat of paint. I did buy the Vallejo thinner and also a retarder per advice from other vids. I'm using acrylic urethane paint which is very thick. I thinned and still had to crank up the air to 50 psi to get it to move. Using the pre-installed .3 set up. I guess I should go up to the .5mm next time? I can't wait to explore more with the airbrush. Will def follow your vids. Rich

@@southjerseypinball That’s so cool! I restore pinball and arcade games too-though not as much as I used to. Right now, I’m working on a Williams Phoenix for my brother-in-law and an old Frogger in a cocktail cabinet. I’ve used an airbrush for touching up and painting cabinets and back glass as well. I just use cheap acrylic paints from Walmart, thinned 50/50 with windshield washer fluid (yep, the cheap blue stuff-also from Walmart). You can also use distilled water to thin it. One pro tip: mix it VERY WELL-when you think it’s mixed enough, mix it a little more. Also, keep an eye out for clumps in the paint; if it’s been sitting on the shelf for a long time, it can get clumpy. With that airbrush, you’d use the largest needle set, the .5. If the paint feels too thick or isn’t flowing well, just thin it a bit more. The downside to cheap paints is that they’re not always consistent, but the results can still be amazing. Just keep practicing with the airbrush-it’s definitely a learning curve, but once you get the hang of it, you’ll never go back. Good luck! -David

There's a guy who drives a Freightliner XL Classic up & down the east coast US pulling 53ft reefer trailer, & his truck is all black with chains, & saw blades, skulls, daggers, & pointed objects here & there mounted all over it . . . . inside & out! The front fenders from the engine body hood have been removed so the steer tires are completely exposed! Hes also gutted out the whole interior of the cab & sleeper! I think his name is Jeremiah, if i remember correctly, & the name of his semi truck is called "WICKED INTENT"! He has a bunch of videos here on youtube! Look him up & check out his truck & study it really well! Then, i challeng you to build his truck, but you would have to find a Freightliner XL Classic model kit & i dunno if any model company make such a kit . . . . .but yeah . . . . look him up here on youtube! Thanks for sharing! Job well done on your "FRIGHT"liner😃👍🏻
