@nikinina7415 Yeah, it is a bit pricey which is why we got a mortgage. There is no way that we could have afforded it on our own at the moment. I don't like to show my kid too often, I try to limit his visibility on the internet.

The deposit we paid when signing the contract was just above ₩30 000 000, there were 2 more payments after that excluding the tax which is paid separately. Unfortunately I don't know how much it would be per month as I have not seen any of these apartments listed for rent.
