Its getting harder to just fly in Cincy. They just expanded the lunken airports class D area. For some reason they put a big rectangle at the end of the circle around the airport, on the south west tip. Right over the river and covers into Kentucky. I can fly, but have to think ahead and use the Air Control app. to get there approval. But there are certain days and times when there are no planes flying. Like before, in the middle, and after a big storm. Only commercial jets way above the cloud level are flying. Picking your take off area is the smartest. Find a high point, in a park, on top of a hill. Gives you the ability to see ur drone very far. like 1000 meters on a good day, and more at night when its all lite up. I was confused about that too. But Ive used different cameras, and they keep showing up. But they dont move, and the cloud blocked it for a minute. So it could be a strange light source?
