Hello. I have a 2015 Chevy Spark. The transmission was recalled in May and was quickly replaced for free. Withing the first 24 hours after the work my "myLink Radio" and screen went black and my alarm was being activated at all hours of the day. I was told to remove the fuse for the horn but that didnt work. I can start my car but the lock, UNlock and relock themselves when I unlock with the fob. the fob batteries have been replaced and the (new) battery is holding a charge. The Spark may go several hours or several days between the alarm sounding by itself. I do not know how to get it back to normal. To my knowledge no person has tried to break into my car. I have never had one single issue until the GM recall paid to service my car and replace the bad transmission. Please , please help me. What steps can I try to keep my car alarm from sounding on its own. I have had to disconnect the ( cold ) side of the battery to keep from waking the entire neighborhood.
