I have a Polaris 2022 RZR he keeps popping in and out of four-wheel drive on its own all by itself. Do you have any idea why it would do that on its own?

Short answer, no. If I were trying to diagnose it.. I would start by checking the plug near the front differential and the wire behind the dashboard switch. Good luck.

Thank you. This was exactly the video I was looking for. I’ve gone through my front end two times still do not have four-wheel-drive. All tests show good from factory service manual as you stated. I questioned how strong the magnet was. I will be ordering a cover plate!

Look for a service manual for your specific 4x4 rzr 800 and follow the instructions to check your unit.

2019 turbo s doing the same thing. done this test and it seems to be the same. Manually I can lock the diff by hand so internals are good. Magnet ohms are in spec. Pulls off fairly easy and spins even easier. Hopefully a new side case fixes it. Thanks for redneck ingenuity

Man, this is a lifesaver! I have gone through the grief of doing just what you said, (put it all together and back in the bike, and didn't work!) I will try the steps you have suggested. Thanks!! EDIT, update, I think this is my issue, i can spin the armature plate, easily while it's magnetized.

I love this, they both are great dancers, I like the way they started off with a slow dance then they started bugging down, dad left a lot for the groom to follow, most girls want a husband to work hard like their dad but in this case can you dance like my dad

As I watch this on Father's Day this morning. I have tears falling. I wish my daughter had her father her with her. We lost him unexpectedly 15 years ago. She was 3 1/2. And now she is 18. But I know when this day comes for her he's going to be smiling down from Heaven. And he's going to be so proud to see her dance with her Pop. My dad, the best father figure I could ever have for her. 💜. Happy Father's Day Wes!! 💜
