Who was their keyboard player back then? Really nice tone on a live capture. Always tricky and many times delightful! Which this is.

Why do people insist on constantly talking while a great performance is going on?

Think I lost a lot of brain cells in the early 60s listening to this song. Pot/LSD plus other crap. Still alive at 74 yrs old!!

I first heard Heather Masse sing When I Was a Cowboy on Praire Home Companion....apparently this is the only video/copy of the song available. I wish she would record it in the studio. It's absolutely beautiful.

The girls sure had to pay their dues for the future fame and success. I guess there is only one thing worse than playing for a rowdy crowd and that is playing for a parse audience.

Suspect we are hearing Sam Kassirer on organ. But not sure. This is "Please Don't Make Me Hold Your Hand", by McDuck and released on "Lake Street Dive" and Live at the Lizzard Lounge (video). Nice version, Rachael and band is Jazzing it up!!!

The fact that there are only 1,258 views of this amazing song sung by this incredible singer is shameful. Thank you Kris for all your music, and all the warmth and sincerity that you bring to your live shows.
