Now I want to hear PFT listening to Herzog’s praise!

I’m still here in 2024 because this is unironically my favorite version of this song. It makes me laugh every time.

What's crazy about this Werner Herzog quote: "Civilization is like a thin layer of ice upon a deep ocean of chaos and darkness." - Is that you read it in his voice.

Ok who is doing Scott's voice on the voicemail? Is that him? Or is this Dr Sweetchat? I can't tell the difference between their voices but I have a feeling he's aligned with Deluca's voice service.
@SgtMuffin5 күн бұрын
Gil gave an Artificial Intelligence Scott talking and he was able to build an AI model. Then he speaks in the style he wants wrapped to sound like Scott. There is a distinctive AI warble that I'm used to hearing (I've trained a few celebrity voice ai models)

@SgtMuffin thanks! I couldn't figure it out. I'm 41 and realizing more and more how scammed I'm going to get in 30 years.

Gil's just so good at making shit up. I know that's just what improv is, but it's a delight to hear a man who doesn't know what word he's going to say next never miss a best. I'll take the ravioli with dimes, s'il vous plait.

What I find odd and unfortunate is how all of these impressions overlook the deep compassion and love that Herzog has for people and for the strange world we live in. They miss his warmth and care. The one project I've seen (and was privileged to see play out in real time) that I felt reflected Herzog's real heart was the "I Believe in Werner Herzog" graffiti project that someone undertook in Philadelphia about 10 years ago.
