South Austin resident all my life brah!!! Lamb of God is not my band. I tech for them in Lubbock and watched their techs fight each other over a dirty power issue to their PA system!!! Really they had a big fight ! Miller Pro Audio tech from Lubbock fixed their problem and he wasn’t suppose to work that show either…

1st, sorry for your loss. My heart goes to you and your family. 2nd, Very awesome content dude. Really digging it. "All access" to how things are and work in the background. You guys are the true heroes. My only peice of feedback would be the following: Show more of what YOU do. I think seeing you setup Rex stuff would be great! How you setup your stations, bass and amps setup tips, things like that. Anyways, great stuff. Keep it coming and I'm sure you will hit 10k in no time.

I don't get it- You're the crew, so maybe you can explain why Zakk's guitar is buried in the mix every night. It's obvious in every live video. I was at Aftershock and same thing. Why is his guitar so low? We can hear Phil, Rex, and Charlie just fine. Dime was never buried like this, and I saw Pantera many times with him. His tone cut right through. None of the other bands at Aftershock had this issue either. The guitar is supposed to be out there. It's bad enough Zakk is using the wrong equipment to play the songs, but why can't we hear him?

It's obvious that you haven't been to a show. If your listening to iPhone mixes then your not getting the proper live mix.

@BobbyLandgraf I was at Aftershock, not alone either. We both agreed that Zakk's guitar is way too low in the mix, which is how it also sounds in the live recordings I made. I don't know what you're hearing, but it's not at the volume that Darrell's guitar was, or any of the other bands that played at Aftershock whose guitar tones were loud and clear. Rex was, Phil was clear and Charlie was booming through the PA. I made sure to see the band live to confirm what I was hearing on the various amateur live videos from the last year or so. I'm not yanking your chain. I'm a long-time Pantera fan and I can name the various shows I've seen them at. Please don't dismiss this feedback, I really want to see the band do well and put on a representative performance.

We only really have time to play a few Pantera songs at soundcheck as we are on a tight schedule at these Festival Headline Concerts. If it's our own tour we have jammed on Sabbath/Scorpions/Van Halen and such

Thanks for the love Attila!! For me I started as a musician so teaching became a gateway to making money sometimes to actually pay for my touring or at least pay my bills when the touring gets rough. I also got gigs (DOWN) because I was the tech so yeah man it's also a gateway. I love this topic because I've been both for most of my career!! Love ya Bruh!!
