Hello! Thank you so so much! The song is actually not about that book, I’ve not heard of that book… I have just ordered it so that I can read it!! How bizarre! The song is written about a house in Wales and is a story about Reincarnation. There are a few interviews where I tell the full story if you are interested! Hi! Thanks for your reply 😁 Just listened to the interview you did with Dave Gilyeat on BBC Introducing and heard your explanation of the inspiration for the track and EP! That is so strange how that and the other themes in the EP seem to echo aspects of the story quite well, without knowing about it. Perhaps inspiration came from a similar place for the book's author as it did for you. I know I sometimes find a deep fascination with some old empty buildings I come across, and wonder about their past lives, the secrets they keep and all the emotions baked into their walls! Hope you enjoy the book when it arrives 😁
