Thanks for doing this video. I bought the Bighorn Explorer 400 just last week. I agree, the noise is my only complaint. No problem with the heat...yet... it's winter here now in Tennessee. I am having one problem at the moment... I can't figure out how to get into the storage under the seat? I looked in the owners manual, but didn't see any instructions.
@oldmanoldtruck19 күн бұрын
@@howiemullis5997 with mine, I just pull the seat straight up and there is a storage compartment there. I keep a first aid kit and a few tools in there. Thanks for watching the video!

It's the remains of an "ore dock". When in service they had tracks on the top and trains would use them to load ore into ships. Many of them are still in service. If you watch Overland Pioneers version of the trip he explains and even shows some in service.

I got the same one, I like it a lot. Its a good looking, practical machine. I agree, the noise and heat are a small issue, but I have gotten used to it. I went ahead and lined my bed with a Rust-o-leum bed liner and after six months its holding up well. I also disconnected the very loud and annoying back-up alarm and wired in some Tractor supply LED lights, which are handy when you are maneuvering in the dark.
