Where can I look to find apartment housing that isn’t dominated by students? Is that an impossible task? Right now is probably a bad time to ask because the school year is starting and there aren’t options that have the amenities I’m looking for, I’d even be fine with living in the same building as some students / graduate students, but I’m seeing many places pricing their units as “per person”… which has me a bit stumped on places to look. Any apartment complexes you’d recommend? I’m 27 and been done with college for a few years, just looking for a cheaper city than where I’m currently living so I can save up some cash for a down payment on a house in 2-3 years
