Some context: The guy in the red t-shirt is Yasin Cengiz and is Turkish. He only popularized the song with his dance. The refrain "skibidi dom dom yes yes" is used in two Bulgarian songs: one by an artist named Fiki and before that by another named Biser King. And before that it was used by a Russian band called Little Big with skibidi being the title. Also, one person in the comments section of human1011 insisted that skibidi came from the Bulgarian verb _щипиди_ (_shtipidi_) which supposedly means "to pinch in a playful manner" (which could morphologically make sense because of щип- btw) but I really wasn't able to find more on that ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
