A few of the 'On The Road' things are also going to seem a bit random for the chapter, confusingly, it's to do with a previous comic series I did that I'm sorta continuing on with and wrapping up here, you'll see some of the characters in older Fire Emblem hacks I did yeeeeears ago, I dunno if I'll adapt the 'prequel' series as well yet. I didn't use necromancy again, I swear! Aaaand tantrum mode activate!

Nothing special to say here that I didn't really say for the 'proper' playthrough, uhhh... well, +1 monster is nice! Playable monsters are fun. I guess the demo was updated as well for those who are actually playing this... which... I kind of doubt.

A hilarious thing I've just noticed, I basically got up to this sorta part of the story with creepy eldritch things around the time of Halloween month, I didn't plan for this to happen, but I'll take this neato timing either way! ...I cheated another promotion item in for dev playthrough shenanigans, don't mind that, shhhh. Also cheated to class change two characters to new classes, yey. ...wait what just happened to the ultimate weapon you just got?

Oops, I accidentally forgot Sloane last chapter, welp. She was supposed to be in place of Aria, so this is her last chapter, oopsie~ Updated stats manually, Ureus to add the promo gains that SHOULD have been there, and Frost got some stats so he's less terrible. His main niche won't happen until I unlazy enough to get to skills again though.... aaaand the Wyvern Knight option'll be removed from Pegasus Knight soon in favour of something else, probably.

I forgot that I was going to do a thing for the puppy where his fang weapon upgrades upon promotion, so uh... that just randomly happens in this chapter instead, it's supposed to happen the first chance it gets after his promotion so it shouldn't be missed, hopefully. Huh. Seems that, in terms of pure text slots used I have already surpassed what's in Sacred Stones. Many talkies. Chapters 13-20 still need chapter names, that'll happen... eventually. lazy. For some reason text is sorta... collapsing in on itself or something, so a few class names and descriptions' text is screwed. I'm just going to continue on as I have and only clean them up for releases unless I find the proper solution. No reason to try and fix 'em if it'll break a few minutes later.

So... originally in either this chapter or the end of 18 I wanted Velvet's 'Grim Frenzy' skill to upgrade so there's a +5 AVO when countering, sort of to imply more awareness of back attacks, but I dunno. Then that along with the Book I osmosis thing with Vanaheim that'd be two permanent upgrades to Velvet's avoid rate (+10 AVO for the osmosis thing instead of the +20 it is in case I do more with it), hmmm... very dodgy. Still, I dunno. I also just noticed I accidentally added 8 Max HP to Velvet during a cutscene in chapter 18 (The back attack), it's supposed to set her HP to 8, so I removed 8 HP from her max for the playthrough, oops. apparently that's what happens if you only have yourself to playtest.

I dunno why the flashy On The Road conversation won't let me fix the background, so uh... until it lets me fix it, glitchy background I guess. bloody boss just dropping at the end. Not letting me miss him a bunch of times to promote Sloane is petty!... Though I guess the boss 'is' really petty so it's in character. Hm.

Yay, actually playable recruitable centaur ^^ I also like the totally not a thief's hair (and overall design). Normally I'm not a fan of that hairstyle, but she makes it work :D

I do hope Fjolla either cleans those needles after use, or uses multiple syringes, because otherwise that could lead to very nasty things! That's why people usually don't go about jabbing everyone with needles to drain blood for experiments! :P
