you can fly passengers with a commercial rating...you can't work for a part 121 operator, nor 121 supplemental operations...your selection of aircraft is general aviation for the most part, but you might require a type rating and if you do you will be tested at ATP standards for what ever you are flying...you still have 91, 91k, 119 and 135 operators that you can fly for

Instructor shouldn't criticise or give compliments to students. It is just useless. Instructor should provide active and effective feedback!

Wouldn't it make more sense to adjust power to maintain altitude instead of continually porpoising the entire maneuver? If you increase altitude, not only will your pivotal altitude change but your bank angle would also have to change. Am I not understanding the correlation?

I thought it was more from left rudder, left aileron, then too much left aileron, so you correct with right aileron, while still holding left rudder. The stall in this video was like 1/2 of one second long and hard see what really happened. Why not go up high and let it develop into a spin?

Teach your student not to pull from the propeller tip to move the airplane. You could crack or brake the propeller doing that. Always grab from the root

To be able to do this the student must commit the checklist to memory. If he/she misses an item, they need to start over... I see what you are advocating but a checklist is to make sure that you do not overlook or forget an important item. Working from memory is almost a guarantee for this. The checklist I use contains this flow: startup, taxi, takeoff, cruise, approach, landing and taxi. It is also minimal and is logically set up regarding the layout of switches and instruments in the cockpit. Another flow.

Doesn't that's take longer because you are having to check and verify with the checklist after flow rather than do everything as per the checklist 100% first time around?

Well, for first learning, folding the check list is a good idea, until the student knows what needs to be done. I do the flow, but I’ve been flying for well over 40 years.

My question is my schoold isn't certified yet part 141. Can i still get the same loan as someone in an accredited program or should i wait for the school to get certified part 141. My schools financing options aren't very convincing and convinient after doing my research.

My question is I have a 800 credit score but haven’t done a big buy like a car or house etc for years. Will that affect this loan for flight school and will I need a co signer even though I have great credit and no debt or anything bad on my report?
