Thank you for this! Many Christians think there are no consequences for Sin! I am a Christian and let me tell you. When I did mess, the Lord God CHASTISED ME! I sure did miss out on blessings the Lord had for me, during them times. I had to Repent and turn from SIN. In the Bible the Apostle Paul says" May we sin that grace may abound, Certainly Not! Even the Apostle let us know Grace cannot be taken advantage of!

if possible, reduce sugar & all food oils as much as possible. also, try adding nori &/or dulse seaweeds to as many of ur salads & other meals as possible.
