the battle of the year, as per this video's poster - hmmm, hardly. Abraham was a good fighter but had nothing to really trouble Froch. Easy decision for the Brit, that tournament had much better fights than this one.

Froch went on a great run thru his whole career with pascal, Taylor, dirrell, Abraham, bute, Glen Johnson, grovesx2 most of them knockouts only the great Andre ward won a decision over him in super series tournament I think the jermain Taylor won sticks out for me.

I have never understood the "Praying Mantis" defence that Abraham used. It offers zero defence against body punches and uppercuts. You can't see hooks that come round behind the gloves and a strong jab goes straight between. Froch exploits this perfectly without needing many uppercuts. Eubank Junior used more and he won by a mile also.

Here in this case abraham appears to me as proud & well prepared to received all bunches without any doubt froch succeeds through points & continuing pushing the attack until he reached his final objective to me abraham appears exceptionally some what slow & at times in deep trouble to lead what I see in many instances is wait & stay on the spot to received froch' s punishment I guess he was afraid perhaps his pulverizing punch power ...

Always a big Froch fan. Tough guy who fought toe to toe and had a heavy punch. But these 2 rounds were not great or exciting. Abraham spent 6 minutes covering up and Froch just kept throwing leather. Also Art knew he was way behind but didn’t seem to have anything left in 12th to majestic a difference.

Froch wasn't appreciated enough in his career. Sure their was more neater boxer's & fancy boxer's, but by God froch came to fight with a huge heart in every fight. Very heavy handed..
