Thank you for the informative video, can we get a real life example of a double blinding protocol of a previous study to further understand how double blinding is ensured. I can send an email address.

Who suggested you to add background music?? It is just annoying. Diminishing our concentration. Wish you consider this issue next time.

Clinical trials is a good practice. Some may disagree as they feel like animals or humans are not treated good. I worked in Rheumatology clinical trials and I saw some amazing things. When I started I knew patients that where in wheel chairs and just before I left they where walking. Clinical trials changes lives and people deserve to be happy once again. The type of patients I saw where all ages not just one specific age group. In my opinion it is a good practice because it helps us study the disease and lets us know what makes the disease weak. Thanks to clinical trials we created medication that can kill disease or slow the disease. There are several phases in which involves many patients. It may take several healthy people in the beginning to start the trial, later it moves to a phase where the person that has the disease is able to take the medication. It is clinical trials so you might get a 50/50 chance that you are receiving the medication or maybe placebo. Placebo is harmless it is pretty much just water. This is done to see if it is psychological or the patient is really in pain. There are a small chance of side effects, but they are very minimal despite being clinical trials. Pharmaceutical companies are always monitoring their patients and they send monitors to the site to make sure the physician and coordinator is doing the job correctly based on protocol. Overall these studies take many years so that the medication gets approved by the FDA.

Wow, making the excess sweating stop within 2 days was so much more than I expected, I went with what I talked about last week and after the first day or so I was very surprised to start feeling much more comfortable and dry! I went ahead and go'ogled the latest by Cynthia Yulesin and my self-confidence has never been higher!
