Thanks for this very beautifully made video. It’s clear and esthetic but I find it way too sweet. I’ve made it without the vanilla syrup and even without the vanilla syrup which are, both, made of 80/90% sugar. I use vodka, passoa, real passion fruit purée and green lemon

I followed your recipe (reverse shaking) and it turned out good, except I had to use a hawthorne strain otherwise it would all come out as foam if I poured directly. And I personally would cut the vanilla syrup, it got too sweet. But that's just preference.

Hi Love lady, try to use the right ingredients and also quality products. Blue Curaçao have to be the original one otherwise you will get another color. Try to follow the steps and the right proportion of all the ingredients. 1 oz = 30 ml of 3 Cl Pineapple juice have to be fresh. I hope you get the right color for your party! good luck with the cocktail.
