In a crowded room like this, it will be very difficult to remember who was the first one I met. Good to practicing memory skills and ability to be clear and objective in a few words!

Can you help with types of benefits e.g. financial cashable, financial non-cashable, non-financial quantitative ?

David Rigg wouldn't last long under interrogation, states that he won't use the name of the organisation he's referring too, gradually drops more clues then outright states it's Tesco's. That aside, a very interesting and informative presentation, some very good examples to take away.

I think he's safe on that front, 'cause it's Tesco. And so he wouldn't be in trouble for using the fictional case study of Tesco's.

Dear Keith Richards, you have an error in your book "PRINCE2 Agile". The definition of velocity (page 60) is completely wrong. Please don't repeat this mistake in the next edition. Best regards!

Rita - thanks for the feedback - what is the error?
@ritastareckova34007 жыл бұрын
Keith, you can't speak about velocity "20 user stories per week" because user stories are not about to have the same size. Story points are the most used units of measurement in this context.

Surprised at how uninspiring this talk is. Not a single example of these ideas working in practice. For a talk about being inspirational this talk is extremely dry, boring, no case studies, no evidence of success. An exercise in talking at and not with people. Back to the drawing board please.
