Great analysis, thank you! I need some advice: I have a SafePal wallet with USDT, and I have the seed phrase. (alarm fetch churn bridge exercise tape speak race clerk couch crater letter). Could you explain how to move them to Binance?

Great info from RJ and cool to hear his initial struggle with cars and the climate clash. Agree the questions could have been stronger. Always enjoy a humble leader sharing their story

Everytime I start to think "why am I investing in one of the riskiest business there is" (start-up car company) there is an RJ interview on youtube that restores my faith. He understands the process inside-out and every decision seems completely thought out.

RJ is the worst CEO to waste Rivian's investment. RJ hands over the CEO to someone who can mass produce quickly. He is so incompetent that he can never mass produce.😢

No doubt RJ comes across as a nice guy, but he should be replaced as CEO. They’re behind on every promise they’ve made - deliveries, charging network, service centers, software feature updates, camp kitchen, tonneau cover, etc., yet they always have an excuse. Since the IPO, they’ve seen recurring executive turnover, often described as “our team is evolving as it grows…” Sure, but not to the degree they’ve seen. They’re the masters of moving the goalpost. Oh, R1s are too expensive and haven’t sold as well as expected. Well the R2 is going to fix that. You just have to wait another 2 years…
@fpartidafpartidaАй бұрын
It's a good thing you don't get to make that decision. RJ is the best leader that Rivian could possibly ask for. The fact that Rivian was able to try all the things you mentioned as a negative while launching 3 car lines is amazing.
@mossasagaАй бұрын
@@fpartidafpartidalaunching 10 line of cars with nothing else they promised adds no value! RJ is a nice guy but maybe he should be in a supervision level not CEO level

RJ followed Elon's path if he wants to admit it or not. Rivian started with a sports car using the body from another car company. Same as Tesla (though I don't think Elon was in on that conversation. In order to be different than Tesla and to keep fighting in the same market, Rivian HAD to be different. They just HAD to in order to survive. The only options for passenger vehicles was then trucks or vans and they pick both and it worked out for them. I'm hearing all the same things that I heard from Elon in years past. RJ was just almost a decade later but the path to success was laid out by Elon. I'm NOT a Rivian hater. I LOVE it when I see a Rivian going past me even ore than another Tesla because there are so many Tesla's out there. I think that Rivian will continue to succeed following Elon's plans but with trucks and vans instead of cars ... well Elon is doing a truck now too but something VERY different than Rivian which I think is EXTREMELY healthy for both companies.

15:10 Laszlo says, both my parents and my brothers have built companies. I am the only one who is a black sheep as I work for Google. Come 2016 and Laszlo founded Humu! But Humu after 4 years was acquired by Perceptyx. :) Laszlo is a McKinsey consultant so his approach to HR was also like a top tier Consultant into HR.. His book is phenomenal playbook for progressive firms.
