Honestly, before all the invading and territory encroachment that preceded it, i thought Putin was pretty good world leader, he embodies all the expected evils of a politician, but he's COMPETENT, i remember this news snippet of him laughing at another councilman when they suggested importing pork to Indonesia, something tells me if a US congressman suggested that at Congress, his suggestion would actually be taken seriously, also, while i am skeptical about his true proficiency, he does seem to be legit trained in martial arts, and is in pretty impressive shape for a politician, if you put him in a ring with any, or maybe even all, of the US presidents that have come and served during his LONG term as Pres of Russia, he'd definitely break all their limbs
