Never thought I'd ever post something like this, but there's definitely an issue of racism at this company. I do invite the owner(s) to really consider looking into this. My experience was unexpected and shocking.

Why the incredibly annoying pointless music ?

I have been looking for a solution to remove the ram assembly from a 34 ton Swisher log splitter Hydraulic ram. The wire ring seats into the casing in front of the cap. Trying to print a removal ring, (at this moment) from what yours shows and what the profile inside the cylinder resembles. I figured that something was getting hung up on the recessed groove when trying to remove the assembly. This looks like a solution. Swisher doesn't give an option to rebuild the ram...just replace it...@ $700+... Going to try a full round piece...no ends to connect...and with some trial and error, I think I can get the correct size and profile.
