I've recently recieved mine - can you explain how you charge it up? Do you connect the mask to the controller to the wall? or am I missing something? Thanks for the vids - prompted my purchase!

You are most welcome 💕 you unplug the little oval unit from the wire that attaches it to the mask. Then on the other end of the oval unit is a charging point that you plug in the cable too, then the other end of the cable is a usb plug to plug into a usb point to charge 😊 hopefully that makes sense 😆

I have the smaller size and it’s great, so lightweight. I’ll buy the bigger one when my hair gets longer. It dries it really fast and I have super thick hair.

Yeah its really a good one. I'm loving the idea of the others, but like you say, most of them are twice the price of the LF one. I'm not sue if can justify that unless i want most of the products inside :)

A lot of their products contain Avocado oil. If people have latex allergy, they'll get a bad reaction. Had to stop buying their stuff because of this. It's expensive too. It's a marketing illusion that women get sucked into.

That's interesting, i didn't know that. I'm starting to agree with you. I've very much enjoyed the last year or so trying soo many of the products and there are some firm favorites that I'm not sure i could get better elsewhere, like the uberlucent powder. However I'm undecided at the moment if its worth the yearly membership.

I havent tried the Lisa Eldridge but i have tried the Beauty Pie liners. The beauty pie ones are Ok, they do go on nicely, but in my opinion, the VB ones are the best I've ever tried. I don't see myself ever straying from the VB ones except to try other ones really :)

I love a cleansing balm. Favourite is the Elemis rose balm, absolutely beautiful but a bit pricey. The M&S rose balm is similar apparently but I’ve not tried it yet. I have the Liz Earle cleansing balm, am trying it currently but have had an eye infection so obviously being cautious on not trying it near my eyes. I have bought the cleansing brush from BP. It’s good, gentle I don’t think it would cause you any issues. But…..it doesn’t have a timer for the 2 mins, like a toothbrush where you know to move to a different area of your face. You can use the other side of the brush as a massage if you put oil on your face. I’m happy with it, very similar to the FOREO but a fraction of the price (and yes I have one of those too!)

@SarahDawn123 I have very dry curly long hair and I use it after the shower with my hair wet before I add curl cream. It works wonders for me I noticed when you get to the end it's hard to spray out the product gets thick but I added water and use it as a refresher spray for my non washing days.

Ahh thank you, and I love to get your comments too 💕 If you can wait a few weeks for the video comparing them then that will defo be coming up. I’m not sure I’m loving the unscented one as like I said in my video, I’m sure it smells a bit chemically. I used it last night again (I recorded the video after work yesterday) and it defo smells sort of like petroleum and it kind of stung my eyes. I’ll keep going to form a proper opinion on them both compared to the other two I’ve been trying, but so far that is putting me off. 😬

I always enjoy your videos! I clean my brushes with Dr. Bronner"s pure castile soap. The bottle is huge and takes the smallest amount added to water. It does a great job cleaning and leaving the brushes it great shape!

I use a £20 tweezerman lash curler but I have to put my hairdryer on any lash curler for a few seconds to warm it up- that rly helps curl. With makeup brushes you can't beat a bar of soap. Not the dove one u use (I think that's soap free?!) but Simple, Pears, Tesco value 30p one etc. Wet the brush and swirl and rub it directly onto the bar to soap it up and then rinse. Best thing I found!

Thank you, thats really helpful :) ill try the lash curler tip with the one i have. Weirdly i just last night tried the dove soap and it worked quite well and doesnt have that smell that lingers with other brush cleaners. I was using washing up liquid and vinegar and then the brush soap and it was working great but this last time for some reason i just couldnt get it clean. I did change from fairy to Smol washing up liquid though i wonder if thats it.

@@SarahDawn123 Yeah washing up liquid didn't work for my brushes either. Dove did clean mine but left like a moisturiser layer- cheap bar soap is what I've found is the best! xxx

Can you share how this fan behaves if placed next to a window curtain? Will it suck it in?

Ok so I tried this with a floaty dress and if the bottom of it was in line with the bottom of the O area of the fan and it was on full then it did get sucked in. But not if it was inline with the bottom of the filter part. I think if you had normal curtain fabric that is a bit thicker this wouldn’t be a problem. You could test it yourself by taking a scarf into a shop that sells them like curry’s if you are in the UK. Where they display them. 😊

@@SarahDawn123 Thanks! I've got TP02 and I'm not impressed with it by now. It's as you said, speed 1-4 is OK for a quiet room and 5+ is noticeable. 10 is just loud. And it doesn't really pushes air around much bellow 8. And as you said - it suck fabric in (and to the base filter part) only at the higher settings. And as they are too loud to use... that's an artificial problem. Although, just as you, I'll keep it. It's a air purifier, has a small footprint and there is this feeling of "air moving a bit more in the room" instead of occasional "blast of air".

Yeah exactly, it doesnt blow me away (see what i did there) but it does do what i need it to and i defo feel like the blast of air when needed is more cooling than the more directed/faster/quieter fan my partner got for a fraction of the price on amazon. It defo works when i need a blast of cool and dont mind the noise and at night i like the fact it purifies. I have the hot and cool in my office and i also like that, in fact as a heater its excellent, far better than as a fan, it heats up that small space quietly and in seconds :)

Aurelia London has a botanical cream deodorant that I like quite a bit. The smell isn’t overwhelming if I had to describe it I would say if you grabbed a bunch of fresh thyme and mint and mushed them together. They also have a citrus version i was going to try on my next order. In the US they are running a sale now.

I believe so, I’ve had no issue since using it. I’ve never once smelt wiffy to my knowledge. However I don’t suffer with particularly bad body odour, so I can’t speak for it dealing with bad odour..

I’m also someone that hates having stuff on my hands. Relate with you on that one, it’s a pain using hand moisturiser, anything that makes my hands feel wet, greasy or coated in anything makes my skin crawl and I feel unclean. Cannot hack it.

@SarahDawn123 Exactly my problem haha, glad it's not just me. Was an absolute nightmare in COVID washing my hands all the time and needing moisturiser and absolutely hating it. Also yeah I'm using Fussy at the minute, tried it when they first launched the Italian summer scents, but I find it works MUCH better than Wild, and the case isn't as messy just through normal application. Happy with it for now but these hot days in the UK are certainly pushing it to its limits🥵

They did, they agreed that based on my pictures the full size 101 seems big, they sent me a replacement that was more like the brush head size of the travel 101, so i think the other one in the face set was just a one off oddly big one. I've since ordered another 101 and that is the same size too, so they are meant to be the smaller size, like the travel size one but with a longer handle. Which i prefer to be fair now I'm using them all. It big enough to get the job done fast but small enough to get into all the nooks and crannies. :)

You should defo check out Victoria Beckham Beauty if you haven't heard of her, i have a few videos on things from her, i most love the Satin Kajal Eyeliner, but her bronzing brick is also a favorite.
