Its actually very proper to use your hand in sushi, its a hand food. not sure why so many people use chopsticks.. Historically its grab and eaten by hand.

As a Korean, I personally agree that Bibimbap tastes way too underwhelming. You'd expect it to taste like fried rice or Joloff rice without all the spices but it's very bland and everything tastes the same.

Same i hate poundo yam and pairing it with ogbono was a terrible choice. Ogbono is like the worst soup. You should have stuck with the ondo way of pounded yam and egusi
