Isnt the end sharp after cutting it? Is there a way to “sand” the end?
@nataliebennett3867 Жыл бұрын
File the sharp part with a nail file, works like a charm

I found this useful, and have now got my nose ring to fit quite snugly. It’s no longer perfectly round, however! But it’ll do for now until I get one in a smaller size.

I feel the exact same about my piercing! I want a hoop but i think the piercer got to close to the edge of my nose

This is me. I get so sad sometimes and kinda feel like letting my piercing close so I get another one not so close to the edge of my nose.

Does clipping the metal make it sharp on the edges?
@phoebefairy52243 жыл бұрын
For me it left a flat edge that was still uncomfortable to insert. You can try snipping just one end and using the remaining rounded end to insert, and just be careful when bending it back in place.
@Pumpkin_kid114 жыл бұрын
When I try to close it back up it bends out of shape and it's no longer round, it's got almost a right angle bend when it's been closed back up
@8Rikku3 жыл бұрын
I have the exact same problem as yours.. please tell me if you figure it out
@patriiciiax3 жыл бұрын
@@8Rikku another way to open the piercing is instead of opening up the circle by pulling the two ends apart, get the two opening ends of the circle and push them opposite ways so the circle looks like a 3d spiral, and then when you need to close it again you just push them towards eachother, not sure if that made sense :s

wait does that hoop ring have a clamp on it or is it the kind that stretches to take on/off?

wowww, that's pretty geeky! I wanted a snugger hoop so much, I tried one that was really small but was probably too thick for my piercing (the hoop I've had for about 5 years was very thin) so it got infected and I had to put my old one again and thought I could never wear a snugger one 😂 I'm definitely going to try this!!!

What do a do with the kind of hoop that has a stopper on the inside? It's hard to pinch together because it is titanium
@ellissalapier41114 жыл бұрын
Iωάννα Couchpotato I would just shape it to fit snug against your nose & maybe use jewelry pliers to pinch it together
@kimmcspedden59705 жыл бұрын
You really should invest in a wire cutter, so much easier.

You think it’ll work with hinged hoops or does the end have to clip into the other one a certain way?
@ellissalapier41114 жыл бұрын
It doesn’t have to clip into the other mine. I just used the tweezers to attach the 2 ends. I hope that makes sense lol

how long did you wait before switching to a hoop? did u have the piercing for long?
@arreon88125 жыл бұрын
I’ve had mine since January 1st and I changed mine to a hoop yesterday, So it’s been exactly 3 months for me. I don’t know if it’s completely healed yet but I didn’t have any problems, just a little pain
@smoonpack5 жыл бұрын
Anni Psy You're supposed to wait at least 4-5 months before switching your piercing. Some people will heal faster of course, but a good way to tell if your piercing is healed, your area of pierced area will not be tender and it won't hurt at all. Your nose piercing will kinda slide around way more, almost loose feeling. I recommend just leaving your piercing alone for that period of time unless you want to risk keloids or other bumps that are pretty disgusting.
@annipsy21855 жыл бұрын
@@smoonpack i would ,its just the fact that i have issues with the jewlry, just 2 days ago when i was sleeping i kinda pulled it out (on accident) , now it feels "not healed" again😔 thats why i think hoop would be much better idk

OK never mind I just heard you mention organization so today actually like what exactly do they do there do they teach classes how is it that they help protect the children today educate there I’m just curious of what exactly they do? I have to watch dresses video yet to see the products, it sounds like a good cause I’m just very unclear exactly what is going to wait where they going to do with it is it for teaching classes directly with the kids and the parents? Because $60 is quite a chunk of money for some people supporting their own families and again yes I agree this is a great cause but I want To be clear on exactly what this is, what tools are they giving that is needed? I’m sure you probably learned a lot at three union please share more about this it’s a little unclear thank you
