the story goes that this was a demo for a song that was originally supposed to be on Puzzle but got shelved....a while later they got asked to contribute to the High Voltage compilation and Simon decided to throw the Buddy Holly lyrics over it (and add some of those extra guitar riffs). what a massive tune. if i ever decide to listen to Buddy Holly, it's gotta be this version. mon the biff!

Yep, I believe it was called The Ghouls of Byombidour and it became parts of this and 9/15ths. Was played once at King Tuts in Glasgow.
