I grew up here & still live here. For us younger people it is HORRIBLY BORING with a bunch of old people & not many young professionals. The movie theater needs a COMPLETE renovation & there’s nothing to do here on weekends, except go out to eat.

Lived westwood nj and Woodcliff Lake from 1989-1996…. Then moved out of NJ to Atlanta and never looked back - that was 25yrs ago. There is so much more outside of my nj

It’s not low taxes… it’s almost 1.7% of 100% market value… as in 20% of your homes value in 10 years.
