Usually skirt height takes into consideration the NPSH requirement, however is there any criteria for minimum bottom clearance that needs to be kept below the dish for any maintenance inspections.

We have to design any component for the worst case situation for internal pressure. So check what maximum pressure can be there. Based on that the internal pressure design needs to be done. And the pressure exerted as static head should be considered as the external pressure.

yes but not necessarily it depends on the purpose its used.sometime the residence time of fluid may not be sufficient enough so we prefer baffles which increases the contact/residence time hence more time for heat transfer to happen and thus the efficiency increases

How PV elite Select Gasket OD and ID. Please explain in a video. Because We faced a problem while calculating the Ug-44 in manual calculation 300# flange get failed and in PV elite it's Passed. G value is different in both. Looking forward to your reply.
