Is this the first propaganda film? The robes they wear in his Fraternity at 6:54 are Odd Fellows robes. Funny how they are calling us "anarchists" :). DW was kinda lame. Are all the members also of specific a ethnicity? Polish? or Slavs? The central figure also plays violin. Gypsies? I suppose the idea of a Fraternity providing mutual benefits for out of work or injured members was just too close to anarchy for Griffiths Producers. Thanks for posting this piece of history. I will subscribe.
