I love the ADK, hope the camping trip goes / is going well. The Catskills is also a great place to check out this time of year.

Oh ya it was lovely. My first time! And it was a success. Can't wait for round 2...Catskills was a though for our halfway stopping point but instead we ended up in the middle of nowhere free campsite haha still fun though!

I shave my head even though I don’t have serious balding. It’s a little thinning on the front edges. I just like getting out of the shower and doing nothing. Don’t let your insecurities rule you. Bald doesn’t look bad as long as you shave it.

2 years back i had very great skill of talking to girls of any age then i fall in love with 1 girl and she ditched me then for 2 years i bacame underground and become very introvert person. But now i want to get rid of from fear of taking to girls and i want gain again that communication and fearlessness skill which was i forgotten from 2 years.. please help me Sir. Thank you 🙏

The past can greatly affect the present and the future. Forget about them and make the past the present and the future now. The key is to become aware of who you are in this moment and why. It seems you are already aware so you're off to a strong start to becoming the best you. As you move forward, think small. Every small step will take you one step further and create a big difference. Start by talking to anyone, regardless of gender. It could be a simple pass by "hello" or "I like your shirt". Guy or girl. Don't invest thought or meaning to it but let it come naturally within you. Don't do, just be. From there, build that momentum and positive energy into your desire to talk to girls. Keep in mind though, it's not about the ladies. It's about finding confidence to be yourself around anyone and communicate your thoughts clearly with intent and meaning. Get pushed out of your comfort zone until you realize there is no comfort zone. The world is anything and everything and you're on top. Most importantly, it will take years to build this new pattern and rewire your bean brain so be patient and persistent without loosing sight of the vision you want and deserve.

Thats an interesting thought…I suppose so as it could be part of a fight or flight and survival instinct. Although that also has to do with the gut. I like your perspective.
