Good man. His hard work is appreciated. I was walking through Birmingham City centre the other day towards the train station. I walked down Temple Street past the many bars there. Littering the pavements and gutters there must have been thousands of cigarette butts discarded! Most likely thrown by patrons of the bars. Maybe the bar owners should take a little pride in their city and make an effort to clean up the frontages of their own businesses? What would it take? 10 minutes a day? After all it's THEIR customers doing it! Also...isn't there supposed to be a £75 fine for discarding a cigarette butt? Street wardens could be raking it in if only the laws were enforced. So much for keep Britain tidy.
