Sir I need your help my house is facing same differential settlement problems In Second Floor of house Diagonal Cracks of 2-3mm are apperead in window and also in above the Arch and door cracks are formed and increasing in length day by day Also in Ground Floor Front Facing Tiles are leaving the wall and inside same diagonal cracks and floor is settleling. Sir these cracks are apperared when my neighbour started construction of 3-storey house and cracks started apperaing after they have put roofslab in 2nd floor . Sir what should i do to cure these cracks ? Should I take any legal steps as my neighbour removed foundation stones while excavation soil from my side of house?

Really bad. The supports to pipeline are being given using shutter which will damage it. This is really bad decision. Also no edge protection is provided theough which workmen can fall.

Yes Bhai.. isko krwalo leakage khtm ho jayega lekin yh mehenga padega ... Saste option m yh kar sakte ho ki "liquid epoxy dpm" use kar sakte ho. Is chemical. Ko specifically use karna hot hai us jagah p jaha s leakage aa Rahi ho

Paper joint is difficult than spacer joint... because even slight difference in tile dimensions can lead to misalignment. Spacer joint can compensate such difference ...and it won't be easily visible.
