This video should be pulled. Innuendo about a possible nazi comment made or not made..once..and how it may have remembered/ reported to media. Come-on!! And the he said-she said accusations made by bitter ex wives. These should not tarnish the reputation of his stellar career as one of best all-time players. And his courageous move to give credibility to the WHL in the early 1970's. He also gave countless hour each week to signing autographs for his fans when other players walked directly to the dressing room. Please.. enough with trying to destroy this man's reputation!!

Bobby Hull is the greatest left winger that the game of hockey has seen period. What he did off the ice is irrelevant! This personal life is his business and no one else.

I personally don't give a rats ass what he did or said off the ice. His personal family business should never be out in the open and I wouldn't believe anything some ex wife said about a guy. Women are vindictive and jealous and will say things that are not true just to try and bring a guy down.

I had the very special pleasure to meet Bobby Hull . When i was with him for a whole day so many people approached him with the game and year of the game he played in and told him how much they remembered his playing.

Actually, Mogilny's defection did not make it easier for players like Federov and Bure to play in the NHL. The Soviet sport authorities were willing to let some of the older players like Fetisov and Larionov go, but they had no intention of letting their younger stars play for the 'enemy'. Mogilny's defection was a shock and a great loss, so it was probably more difficult to cross over because of increased security at international events after he left. Don't forget, Federov was not allowed to leave- he defected in '90. Bure flew to the states in the fall of '91 and negotiated with the Canucks without the permission of Soviet authorities but by then time was running out on the USSR. It would be gone by the end of the year and the Red Army no longer controlled the destiny of these players... Thanks for the video on Alexander- one of the all-time NHL greats and one of my favorite players!

really bad list, many misplaced, jets do not stand above canucks or oilers in 1000 years. So don't the Habs. Or Sabres above most Canadian teams.

As a sens fan i really like the rink that we have but in comparison to all the other rinks throughout the league i cant even begin to try to defend ours. A new down town rink would be very much needed.

I think the images speaks by themself. MArio can do anything; and his domination with his gods hands and size is uncomparable. It seems like a pro playing with kids!!! The only one that comes close to him is Orr, then Mcdavid in 3rd place. Wayne was the most intelligent player and the greatest pass skills but not the best; Mario is absolutely the GOAT.

Back in the early 2000s I wanted to learn a little of this Bettman character which had me purchase some autobiographical book on him. It illustrated what he had done working in other sports markets and...what massive $$$$ strides he helped to create in his previous sports environments. Reading on I slowly started to sense that we were seeing these $$$ deals being made during the early stages of his tenure as NHL commissioner. Massive US television deals worth millions of dollars being made and renewed. During this relatively early stage of his tenure we also saw teams that we wouldn't have thought possible make it into the Stanley Cup finals. Year after year we saw US team vs US team in the finals, and then we'd see time and time again another series go its entire length - to game 7. Then in the early to mid 2000s we saw Canadian teams repeat as finalists, losing to US teams in...game 7 (and game 6 in the case of Ottawa vs Anaheim). I distinctly recall that during those years each of the Canadian team was going through rough times. We heard of Calgary's market taking a big blow. Then the following year we heard that troubles had hit Canada's beloved Oilers. Then, oddly enough Ottawa a year later. Enter Gary Bettman to the rescue. We'll help resurrect your market(s)...but at a cost. Enough of this, for now, how can one explain a new franchise like Florida Panthers going all the way to the Stanley Cup final in 96. (Only to get swept by the newly formed Colorado Avalanche?) It was all part of Bettman's plan to pitch ice hockey down in Florida and in Colorado. This league, especially its playoffs, is/are rigged to some extent. Whether it is Bettman influencing a certain play's review or not...calls (penalties) are ignored by refs during the playoffs that really shouldn't be (or have been.) Meerly a coincidence? I don't believe in coincidences...and especially not when there is so much $$$$ being made.
