The statements are surprising, as very similar curves can be run with the Farinograph for about 20 years. The original method was published as early as 1969 with a Brabender device. However, feedback from many current users of the MixoLab has shown that the results of the heating phase can lead to false conclusions in many cases. Moreover, it is questionable whether statements from a sponsorship can be independent and helpful. Worldwide, most experts therefore continue to rely on the Farinograph, Amylograph or Viscograph methods.

Unfortunately, the lecturer is only a translator and does not have any experience in the technological subject he is talking about. For example, he said that bug damage occur during storage, this is not true.

Hi Sir, thank you for pointing out this mistake. We have to admit we are not storage experts, only quality control specialists. Wherever bug damage appears, we can control it :). If you do have some insights on the topic we would be more than happy to discuss them. My colleague Georges Tawil is a highly skilled scientist with a Ph.D. in cereal science. He is working for CHOPIN Technologies - KPM Analytics for more than 8 years and cannot be considered "only a translator".

@@lenabosc-bierne1607 I wrote my comment to encourage CHOPIN and KPM chiefs to ask specialists in the field of quality of cereals products to present this webinar, because Mr. Tawil did not introduce himself at the beginning of the webinar, so I thought he was only a translator, I did not mean to offend him or lowering his evaluation, but after knowing that he holds a Ph.D. in cereals science and has more than eight years of experience, I became more amazed at the presence of such a mistake. I wrote my previous comment after I watched the webinar in English and Arabic. With my respect to Chopin and KPM.

I am certain Mr. Tawil did not make any mistake on purpose, but I will check with him as I am not able to understand the Arabic version of the presentation. :) I would like to encourage you to make contact with us to discuss this topic in greater detail so we can gather more knowledge.

Trés bien c'est mon travaille dans la boratoire les analyses phisique et chimique mais s'il vous plais j'ai un question comment la machine de deux bouteille de Chopin travaille c',à,d tu mètre la quantité de la farine dans un bouteille blanc d'apré ça quoi ce fais cette bouteille s'il vous plais répond moi rapidement
